By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service bellow.
PLEASE READ EVERYTHING CAREFULLY
If it is clear that you have not read or do not agree with my terms then your commission will be canceled and refunded accordingly. See REFUNDS.
I will not be responsible for any inconvenience that may occur if you do not read my ToS. By commissioning me you are default agreeing to my terms so it is important that you read them.
GENERAL
*This is a Digital format commission. Which means that it is NOT a physical item. You will NOT receive anything in the mail.
*To commission me you must send me a DM on Discord (The Crystal Rose#2430) or Twitter (CrystalRoseFR)
*You must provide neat and clear character references. References must be colored. References can be 3D models as long as the details can be clearly seen.
*It is not required, but is highly preferred, for you to also provide a color palette.
*You should also specify if you have any poses, expressions, or items you would like in the picture (you may need to provide references for these things) or if you do not want anything specific and want me to come up with an idea on my own based on the character.
*I have the right to decline your commission for personal reasons.
*Commissions are first come first serve. If there is a wait list, then you must wait patiently.
*If you break any of my terms you will be blacklisted and never able to commission me again.
PERMISSIONS
*As the artist, I retain the full rights to the art. Not the commissioner.
*Therefore I am allowed to:
- Use it to promote myself in any place or on any site.
- Display it anywhere to my liking, wherever and whenever I wish.
- Deconstruct it as examples and use it in portfolios as I wish.
*I will not use commissioned art for commercial purposes or for selling.
*If you cancel a commission mid work, I am allowed to upload the unfinished work to my blog and DeviantArt scraps and post them on other sites and use as examples.
*As the commissioner, you are allowed to:
- Post the commissioned artwork in your social medias and websites, but it must be linked and credited back to me.
- Use it for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art and claim the rights to your character(s) but not the artwork itself.
- Use the art to promote yourself with proper credits made to the artist.
*If you upload it anywhere you must properly credit me EVERY TIME by linking to this blog, my twitter (CrystalRoseFr), Discord (The Crystal Rose#2430) or to my DeviantArt Profile (The-Crystal-Rose)
*You are not allowed to:
- Trace, recolor, or edit the artwork.
- Remove any watermark or signatures.
- Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Redistribute or use for commercial purposes. You may not sell any of my artwork in any form. Digital, physical, or printed on items.
*If you cancel a commission mid work you are not allowed to repost the scraps anywhere.
PAYMENT
*I accept paypal only.
*Half of payment must be received at the beginning of commissioning me. I will not begin work on your commission until first half of payment has been sent and approved.
*Payment must be sent within 48 hours. If after 24 hours payment has not been received, I will contact you. If after 48 hours you still have not paid, your commission will be canceled and you will not be allowed to commission me again for a month.
PROCESS
*If I accept your commission I will request half of payment.
*Once payment has been received I will begin your commission
*Once the sketch art is complete I shall send a WIP (while in progress) for you to confirm that the base pose is acceptable. I will then complete the line art, send you a second WIP, and you can tell me if anything should be corrected. Once coloring is done you are only allowed to request minor alterations to coloring.
*Once your commission is complete I will request rest of payment.
*Once payment is received I shall send you a Sta.sh link and it will be your responsibility to download it. The art will also be uploaded to this blog and, most likely, my Twitter.
*You may cancel a commission at anytime while it is in progress and receive a partial refund depending on where I am in the work. See REFUNDS
*I do not refund after a commission is digitally colored
*A commission may take anywhere from 1 day to up to a week to complete
REFUNDS:
*If your commission is canceled you will receive a partial refund depending on how far along I am in the work
- If I have not started the commission yet or have only just began the sketch, you will receive a full refund.
- If the Sketch is complete and I have only just or not yet begun the Line art, you will receive an 80% refund.
- If the Line art is complete or mostly complete or i have only just begun coloring you will receive a 50% refund.
- I do not refund after a commission is mostly or fully colored.
*If I am unable to complete your commission for some reason you will receive a full refund and a basic explanation as to why I am unable to complete it and an apology.

*Mature themes 18+
*Same sex romance
*Anything that goes against my morals, beliefs, or religion
